Shipping policy

ACPartsDirect ships only to eligible addresses within the United States.

Product availability and delivery service may be restricted by federal, state, local, carrier, or hazardous-material requirements.

Handling Time

Orders normally require up to 2 business days for handling before shipment.

Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Orders requiring purchaser eligibility, employer authorization, resale documentation, or EPA technician-certification verification will not ship until verification is completed. Verification may extend the handling period.

Estimated Shipping Time

Estimated transit time is 4–7 business days after shipment.

This is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. Weather, carrier disruptions, remote destinations, compliance reviews, hazardous-material routing, and circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

Regulated and Hazardous Products

Some refrigerants, pressurized containers, AC fluids, and chemicals must be transported using approved ground or hazardous-material services.

These products may not qualify for:

  • Air transportation.

  • Expedited transportation.

  • International shipping.

  • Delivery to certain post-office boxes.

  • Delivery to locations that carriers cannot legally or safely serve.

Available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout when possible. We may contact you, use a compliant shipping method, or cancel and refund an order that cannot legally or safely be delivered.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Contact us immediately if an address requires correction. Address changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available. Carrier tracking may take time to update after a label is created.

Missing or Damaged Shipments

If a package is missing, damaged, leaking, or visibly compromised, do not use the product.

Preserve the product and packaging and contact contact@acpartsdirect.us promptly with your order number, photographs, and carrier information.

Do not reship a damaged or leaking regulated product without written instructions from ACPartsDirect.
